As we approach 2023 many of my athletes are starting to turn their attention to their race goals/times for the New Year. As much as I want them to enjoy the process of achieving these goals they will still have one eye on the outcome.
To support this, I have provided them with the race charts below. The charts will allow them to see the big goal, but also recognise the work that will need to be put in to maintain the paces allowing them to reach said goal.
Zwift Christmas Cracker
A session that I like to include into my block over Christmas is the one below. It is a great way of spending some time in the sweet spot zone whilst generating some strength gains. This type of session usually gives me a good feel for where my bike legs are at for any early season Duathlon races. It also gives me a good appetite too!
